Growth — Relocation & expansion to Georgia

XabarShip establishes its headquarters in Jonesboro, GA, expanding service into Non-Emergency Medical Transportation and Medical Courier work across the Atlanta area.

Today — Five divisions, one standard

XabarShip now operates across NEMT, Medical Courier, Freight & Trucking, Legal Courier, and Logistics Consulting — registered under USDOT #3948572, HIPAA and OSHA compliant across every division.

XabarShip LLC was founded on a simple premise: in healthcare, in law, and in freight, there's no room for a missed window. A late specimen, a late filing, or a late pickup isn't an inconvenience — it's a failure that affects real people.

That standard didn't come from a logistics textbook. It came from a career in corrections and tactical operations, where precision and readiness aren't optional. XabarShip was built to bring that same discipline to transportation — starting with medical courier and NEMT work, and growing into freight, legal courier, and logistics consulting as the demand for that standard grew.

Today, XabarShip operates as a Georgia-based company serving hospitals, laboratories, law firms, and businesses that need a logistics partner they don't have to double-check.

Leadership

Ray Turennes — Founder & General Manager

Ray Turennes founded XabarShip with a clear belief: people and businesses should be able to count on the services that keep them moving.

His approach draws on fleet management experience with the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC), the world’s largest humanitarian network. His work as a Georgia Department of Corrections officer and member of its Tactical (TACT) team further shaped his commitment to preparation, sound procedures, and accountability under pressure.

Today, Ray brings those standards to XabarShip’s five divisions. He leads with a hands-on approach, a respect for every customer’s trust, and a focus on building a company that delivers reliably for years to come.
